Facilities are clean and tidy. Customer service reps are helpful and friendly. Takes some effort to get something done (like setting up auto pay) which in my opinion should be easier. The one thing that I did not like at all is that they increased my monthly and they only gave me a week notice. When I called to complain about it they told me that it was in the contract and they had the right to increase prices whenever they wanted. Sure enough, I checked and it was in the contract. However the manager, when he went through the contract with me at the time of signing and highlighted the thighs that I needed to take into account, conveniently forgot to point out they could do this. They wait until you have all stuff there for months to increase the rate. Very sneaky.
